Payment Policy for Custom Orders
To ensure a smooth and efficient process for fulfilling your custom order, we require payments to be made in two installments:
Initial Payment (60% Upfront) – A non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total order cost is required at the time of booking. This secures your order and allows us to begin production.
Final Payment (40% Due Before Shipment) – The remaining 40% of the balance must be paid no later than two weeks before shipment. Orders will not be shipped until the final payment is received and processed.
Additional Terms:
Failure to complete the final payment by the due date may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
Payments are non-refundable once production has begun.
