Custom Orders Policy | King & Queen Industries LLC

At King & Queen Industries LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products tailored to your unique needs. To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, please read our custom order policy carefully.

Order Process

  1. Choosing Your Custom Product: Customers can select from a wide range of products eligible for customization, including apparel, gifts, home décor, and more.
  2. Customization Details: When placing your custom order, please provide clear instructions regarding the personalization details. This may include text, logos, colors, or artwork. You can upload files directly or describe the customization in the order notes.
  3. Approval of Design: Before proceeding with production, we will send you a digital mock-up of your custom design for approval. Please review it carefully. Custom orders will not be processed until you approve the design.
  4. Lead Time: The lead time for custom orders is typically 4 weeks in advance. This timeframe includes the design, production, and quality checks before shipping. Shipping time is not included in the lead time.
  5. Order Confirmation: Once your design is approved and the initial payment is processed, your custom order will be confirmed, and production will begin.

Payment Terms

  • A 60% upfront payment is required at the time of order placement. This secures your order and begins the design and production process.
  • The remaining 40% is due two weeks before shipping. You will receive a reminder for the final payment, and your order will be shipped once the balance is settled.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once the design has been approved and production has started.
  • If you wish to change your design before approval, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate design changes if the request is made prior to production.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part with the customization.
  • If your order arrives damaged or the customization is incorrect (not matching the approved design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.

Quality Assurance

We use high-quality materials and state-of-the-art technology to produce your custom items. Every product goes through a quality check before it is shipped, ensuring that your custom order is made with care and precision.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times for custom orders may vary depending on the product and the customization. Standard shipping rates apply, and expedited shipping is available upon request.
  • Custom orders will be shipped once production is complete. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

What should I do if my order is delayed but it’s out of your control?

While we make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and shipped on time, certain delays may occur that are beyond our control. These can include issues with shipping carriers, extreme weather conditions, customs processing for international orders, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In these cases, we advise you to:

  • Track Your Order: Use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your package.
  • Contact the Carrier: If your order has been delayed, the shipping carrier may be able to provide more details.
  • Be Patient: While we understand delays are frustrating, we appreciate your understanding as these situations are beyond our control. Rest assured, we are here to help if you need assistance.

  • Ensure that the files you upload (logos, artwork, etc.) are of high quality and meet our file specifications.
  • As a customer, it’s important to ensure that all information you provide when placing an order is accurate. This includes your shipping address, contact details, and customization preferences (for custom orders). We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided during checkout. Please double-check your order before confirming to avoid any errors. If you notice an issue with your order after it’s been placed, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you in making any necessary updates.
